The pandemic left our hearts lusting for more female connection and walking really does open up a whole world of connections waiting to be made. After all, life is better done with a group of females to have fun with, and who lift you up!

Have you ever tried walking for your mental wellbeing? Walking is hugely beneficial for getting out and working through your thoughts, there’s the Awe inspiring moments and moments on a walk which may encourage new idea’s or help you to solve problems. It’s one of our favourite forms of self-care because you're also getting some physical wellbeing & social wellbeing in at the same time too.

Amen for women with adventurous souls, they light us up and inspire us to do things out of our comfort zone. She Walks is full of women from all walks of life, countries and cultures and we celebrate the community’s anniversary yearly. The monthly walk calendar has been created to connect you with other women regularly each month. Making regular connections with others has been proven to increase your life span!

Hiking Northland

We take inspiration from exploring tracks around NZ which are a little lesser-known. There’s thousands of tracks that can keep you walking for a lifetime and were on a mission to get as many in as we can! In 2023 we held our first walking weekend adventure in Northland and in 2024 we’ll be back with a Coromandel version. These weekends are filled with walks, relaxation and nature and our aim is to get as much exploring in as possible! How good does a soul-filled adventure feel?!
