Nature Bathing walks have your wellbeing in mind. These are slow, senseful walks, giving you a greater connection to nature and leaving you feeling grounded and rested.
These walks are 3 hours in length and start with a mindful nature based meditation to calm your mind. During the walk you will be invited to practice certain mindful prompts . Ending, with a tea ceremony where you will take time to process your nature bathing walk over a herbal tea blend.
Shinrin-Yoku (Nature Bathing) is scientifically backed. Take a moment to remember your last walk in nature - how good did you feel afterwards? From noticing fractals in nature to inhaling phytoncides the research started in the late 1980’s and is ongoing today. The UK now even offer their own nature based walk prescriptions!
