Our Nature Bathing walks have your wellbeing in mind. These are slow, senseful walks, giving you a greater connection to nature and often leaving you feeling grounded and rested.
These walks are 3 hours in length and start with a mindful nature based meditation to calm your mind. During the walk you will be immersed in nature, taking it in through your senses. Each walk ends, with a tea ceremony where we take the time to connect over a herbal tea blend from our friends at Forest & Bloom.
